This book is introduction to Monk Style self defense. Monk style self defense is Jin approach to self defense. Idea for this book was born on fact that I am getting older and I am no more fast or powerful. This made me decide to have a look in Kata for self defense technique or to stop them practicing. More I studied Kata more they convinced me that you do not to have to be six foot toll and full of muscles to practice karate. At the beginning this book was written and meant for beginners, people in the middle or older age and those who would like to self defense but they are not strong, fast or talented but how the idea and research was growing and developing finally the knowledge explained in this book will be very useful for all the styles and all high grade karate masters too.
